NO-ADMIN / GENERAL GAME SETTINGS
Players who register without an admin referral code play in the General room. The Master controls the stake charged to each player in this room. The stake is deducted from the player wallet when CARD CONFIRM is pressed. If the current General game is still in REGISTRATION, the new stake is applied immediately; otherwise it becomes the default for the next General game.

PAYMENT / SMS CONTROL
PAYMENT / SMS CONTROL
Paste the real Telebirr SMS or define a reusable format with placeholders: {amount}, {transaction}, {payer}, {sender}, {recipient}, {balance}, {date}. The system always extracts the payment amount and transaction number from the SMS; the payer last 4 digits are read from the masked payer number inside the SMS. The account balance is never used as the payment amount.
TELEGRAM MASTER PHONE NOTIFICATIONS
Connect the hosted ATM Bingo server directly to the Master’s Telegram phone. The Master computer does not need to stay open for Telegram notifications or Telegram action buttons to work.
PLAYER TELEGRAM BOT
This is a separate Telegram bot for players. It uses the same ATM Bingo player accounts, wallets, deposits, withdrawals and notifications. The existing Master Telegram bot above is unchanged.
